Most notably, Bates has served as a leader and advisor to the Loveland Chamber Board of Directors, various CEO’s, committees and Leadership Loveland. He has aided in several CEO selections, assisting the selection committee involved in choosing current CEO, Brian Willms, and is regularly part of the nominating committee and recruitment of board members. Bates even held the Interim CEO position during the transition from Vicky Heitman and Gaye Stockman.
