Important Information – 2011 Election Information
Dates to know
- Oct. 3 – Last Day to register to vote
- Oct. 11 – Ballots will be mailed to all active registered voters
- Oct. 13 – Loveland Chamber Commerce hosts Loveland City Council Candidate Forum, 6-8 p.m. at City Council Chambers
- Oct. 25 - Last day to apply for a replacement ballot
- Nov. 1 – Election Day: all ballots must be received by 7 p.m. (NOTE: Colorado's Election Day this year is different than national observance of Election Day which is November 8th)
Important to know
- The 2011 general election is all mail-in ballots
- Voters can check their registration at larimer.org/elections or call 970-498-7820
- Residents can register to vote at the county clerk’s office or online at larimer.org/elections
- Loveland voters will have three ballot initiatives, five city council races and five school board races to vote on
Loveland City Council – 2011 Election Information
The City of Loveland has five City Council seats up for election and twelve candidates running for office. Each of the four wards has a council seat up for election and the seat for Mayor is up for election as well.
